I will be an assistant professor of philosophy at Park University starting in the fall. I’m also the co-author of Ethics for Dummies with Christopher Panza of Drury University. Until Spring of 2010, I worked at Missouri S & T in Rolla, MO.
In addition to professional ethics, my main research interest lies in the connection between ethics and the nature of persons. This gives me a particular interest in Kantian ethics, of which I am currently in the deep end. I post about these issues and others on my blog. I keep track of projects, business, grading, office hours, my schedule, contact info, and many other things on my “current status” page. At least, that’s the plan. I haven’t been ridiculously reliable at keeping up with this blog in the past.
